These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and DN99 ("DN99", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible athttps://dn99.casa ("Platform"). This Agreement governs all access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, fund deposits and withdrawals, participation in games, claiming of bonuses and promotions, and all related services.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with DN99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease access to the Platform and refrain from creating or maintaining an account with DN99. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means a registered user account held by a Player on the DN99 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including both real-money and bonus balances where applicable.
"Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or reload bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money from a Player's approved payment method into their DN99 Account.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer table, lottery draw, instant win game, crash game, or any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process requiring Players to submit valid identification and proof of address documents before certain platform features are fully unlocked.
• "Platform" means the DN99 website, mobile site, and any associated applications operated at https://dn99.casa.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds or derived winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of real-money funds from a Player's DN99 Account to their approved payment method.

To register and maintain an account on DN99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. DN99 strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age policy in accordance with responsible gambling best practices applicable to online gambling platforms serving Malaysian users.
2. You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting your personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any business or legal entity.
3. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of DN99 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
4. You do not already hold an existing DN99 account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balance forfeited.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from DN99 or had your account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
6. You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

During account registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. DN99 relies on the accuracy of information provided at registration for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gambling obligations.

You agree to promptly update any information in your Account profile should it change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

DN99 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification: Malaysian MyKad (National Identity Card), Driver's Licence, or valid Passport.
• Proof of residential address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the previous three (3) months bearing your registered name and current address.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot, statement, or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., e-wallet account verification, bank account statement).
• Enhanced verification documents for Players withdrawing above threshold amounts, as determined by DN99's internal compliance procedures.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time as requested by DN99 may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, and platform access until the required documentation is provided and verified. KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

All financial transactions on the DN99 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). DN99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost,rabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and major credit/debit cards. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC and USDT are also supported.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified in an active promotion.
• Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are processed instantly under normal conditions.
• Deposits via FPX bank transfer are typically processed within 5–15 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• DN99 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals to DuitNow and e-wallets are typically processed within 15minutes of approval during operating hours.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX or direct bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving bank.
• DN99 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the account, subject to availability. Withdrawals to new payment methods may require additional verification.
• DN99 may impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction, daily, weekly, or monthly basis. These limits will be communicated to Players via the Platform's account settings or support team.

DN99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Wagering/Rollover Requirement: Bonus funds and any winings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Placing wagers on a game category that does not fully contribute toward the wagering requirement will not efficiently clear the rollover.
• Game Contribution Rates: Online slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games, sports betting, and other categories may have varying contribution rates as specified per promotion.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is RM250 unless specified otherwise. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and all associated winings being voided.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window from the date of activation, typically 7, 14, or 30 days as stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses will be automatically removed from your account upon expiry.
• Maximum Cashout: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings (e.g., RM2,880 maximum withdrawal from free spin winings). Any amount exceeding the stated cap will not be eligible for withdrawal.
• One Bonus Per Account: Only one active bonus may be held in a Player's account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players may not hold duplicate accounts to claim multiple sign-up bonuses.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated as "sticky", the bonus amount itself is non-withdrawable and will be deducted from your balance at the time of withdrawal. Only net winnings derived from the sticky bonus are withdrawable, subject to rollover requirements being met.

DN99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases where a bonus is claimed through misrepresentation, abuse, or exploitation of a technical error, DN99 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and void any associated winnings.

All games and betting markets on DN99 are governed by the rules of the respective game or sport, as displayed within the Platform at time of play. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or real-world sporting event results, as applicable. DN99 does not influence, manipulate, or have any ability to alter game outcomes once a wager has been placed.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player, except as permitted by in-play cash-out features where available on specific sports betting markets.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or communication disruption during an active game session or wager, DN99's records shall constitute the definitive record of all transactions and shall be final.
• DN99 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that result from a manifest error (including but not limited to incorrect odds publication, system glitches, or data feed errors). Players will be notified of any such voiding.
• For live sports betting, bets placed after the official start time of an event may be voided at DN99's discretion. In-play markets are offered at DN99's discretion and may be suspended at any time.
• Maximum win limits per bet, per day, or per event may apply and will be communicated within the Platform's sports and game interfaces.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the DN99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or a third party's identity.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, wagering requirements, or bonus structures in ways not intended by DN99, including coordinated bonus hunting across multiple accounts.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or using the Platform as a vehicle to circumvent financial regulations.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider while retaining any associated winings on the Platform. DN99 will pursue recovery of any funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated live betting.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets, manipulate game results, or exploit Platform features.
• Underage gambling: Registering an account or placing bets while under 21 years of age, or facilitating gambling access for any person under the age of 21.

DN99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of the Platform. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling behaviour.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure automatic reminders to notify them of session duration while playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling can self-exclude for periods of 24 hours,7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications are available to remind Players of time elapsed and net wager amounts during active sessions.

DN99 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered Players and employs robust age verification procedures during account registration and KYC processes. We do not knowingly accept accounts from minors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling activity. This licence does not permit you to: (a) reproduce, copy, or redistribute any Platform content; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content; (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools against the Platform; or (d) frame or mirror any portion of the Platform without DN99's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DN99, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

DN99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DN99 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

In all cases where DN99 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of DN99 to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

DN99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, DN99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email notification or a prominent Platform announcement, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any available balance by contacting DN99 support.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which DN99 is licensed to operate. DN99 operates under an internationally recognised online gambling licence issued by the relevant regulatory authority.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and DN99, the Player is encouraged to first contact DN99's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. DN99 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration administered by a neutral arbitration body as designated by DN99's licensing authority. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
